When reviewing a well designed illustrated site for inclusion in the gallery, it's always nice to find there was a little extra attention paid to the footer. Just a little bit more that rounds out the entirety of the page design. Footers are often overlooked when it comes to the design of a site. They seem to be treated as an afterthought or without much thought at all. Here is a list of sites with illustrated footers that prove you can do something with the boring old footer and make it the last impression that visitors to your site will remember.
